By accessing or using the website campagnoli.ai (the "Site") and any services provided through it, including the AI Family Office platform and its AI agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site presents the AI Family Office, a proprietary AI-powered platform developed by Ciro Campagnoli. The platform consists of specialized AI agents (including but not limited to Ettore, Valentina, Sam, Luna, Luca, Sofia, Maya, and PR Maven) that assist with business operations, financial management, marketing, personal logistics, and related functions.

The AI agents are tools designed to assist human decision-making. They do not replace professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or other regulated domains.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site and its services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without express permission.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or any material that could damage the Site.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person.

5. AI Agents — Disclaimer

The AI agents on this platform are powered by artificial intelligence and are designed to provide informational assistance. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
• Responses from AI agents do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax, or otherwise).
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information and for any decisions made based on AI agent output.
• AI agents use persistent memory to maintain context; by interacting with them, you consent to the storage and processing of your conversation data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, design, software, AI agent configurations, and the AI Family Office concept—is the property of Ciro Campagnoli or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Telegram, Google Analytics, Anthropic (Claude AI), and Vercel. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ciro Campagnoli and his affiliates, officers, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or its services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI agent responses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Site.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ciro Campagnoli and his affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent required.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability
